Un partenaire recherche des membres AFSSI susceptibles d’effectuer des analyses sur des protéines. Il s’agit d’une variété de collagène pour laquelle il faudrait réaliser des tests, à fin de caractérisation différentielle.

Par exemple :

  • la composition en acides aminés avec le pourcentage respectif de chacun, la présence d’éventuels acides aminés substitués, par ex. l’hydroxyproline ou d’autres protéines
  • l’organisation tridimensionnelle des chaines constitutives
  • la viscosité intrinsèque et dynamique ainsi que d’autres tests à définir en interface avec les labos experts qui pourraient prendre en charge ces travaux
