Bien que les femmes soient de plus en plus actives dans la recherche, elles sont encore trop peu nombreuses à créer des entreprises innovantes. Cela représente un potentiel inexploité pour l’Europe, qui doit utiliser toutes ses ressources humaines à leur plein potentiel pour rester compétitive et trouver des solutions aux défis économiques et sociétaux.
