Créée en 2008, PhinC est une société de services spécialisée en pharmacologie quantitative, en pharmacométrie et en modélisation appliquée au développement des médicaments.

Basée en France et au Canada, l’entreprise accompagne les acteurs de la recherche pharmaceutique, les biotechs et les laboratoires dans leurs projets de développement, de la préclinique à la phase III.

Son objectif : aider les équipes R&D à prendre des décisions plus éclairées, grâce à des approches quantitatives capables d’intégrer et d’analyser des données complexes.

Une expertise en pharmacologie quantitative et en MIDD

PhinC intervient dans le cadre de stratégies de Model-Informed Drug Development, aussi appelées MIDD. Cette approche permet d’utiliser la modélisation et la simulation pour mieux comprendre le comportement d’un candidat médicament, anticiper les étapes de développement et sécuriser les prises de décision.

L’expertise de PhinC peut intervenir à plusieurs moments clés :

la sélection et l’optimisation d’une molécule ;
la transition entre les phases précliniques et cliniques ;
l’analyse des données pharmacologiques ;
la préparation des étapes réglementaires ;
l’accompagnement jusqu’aux phases cliniques avancées.
