L’appel à candidatures pour le Prix Descroix-Vernier EthicScience (DVES) 2027 a ouvert aujourd’hui, 9 février 2026, et se clôturera le 30 avril 2026. Nous vous invitons à candidater ou à relayer largement cette information au sein de vos réseaux.

Créé en 2013 par le Comité scientifique Pro Anima, et devenu en 2023 le Prix Descroix-Vernier EthicScience, ce prix figure parmi les mieux dotés en Europe dans le domaine de la recherche non animale. Il distingue des travaux scientifiques remarquables contribuant au développement et à l’utilisation de méthodes innovantes centrées sur l’humain, regroupées sous l’acronyme NAM – New Approach Methodologies.

Le Prix DVES récompense exclusivement des recherches innovantes pour la santé humaine, dans les domaines de la recherche biomédicale (fondamentale ou appliquée) et de la toxicologie, lorsque celles-ci permettent d’obtenir des résultats plus probants que les modèles traditionnels (in vitro 2D ou in vivo).

Avec une dotation globale de 110 000 €, répartie en plusieurs distinctions, le prix vise à soutenir des projets de recherche en cours ou à venir : acquisition d’équipements, financement de travaux, publications, contrats de recherche, etc.
