Vous connaissez le travail de Pepper dans la validation des méthodes, auquel 23 laboratoires participent à ce jour.

PEPPER lance la validation de la méthode « Excroissance neuritique-Différenciation neuronale de C17.2 en réponse à RAR, RXR et PPARδ »

Principe de la méthode :

Après 10 jours d’exposition (avec répétition de l’exposition tous les 3,5 jours) avec les produits testés, la croissance des neurites (longueur des neurites) et la ramification (nombre de ramifications à partir du corps cellulaire) sont évaluées par microscopie à immunofluorescence des neurones tubuline-GFP, ainsi que le pourcentage de neurones en culture (nombre de cellules marquées par la GFP par rapport au nombre total de cellules en culture).
La viabilité cellulaire est évaluée simultanément par un test au bleu d’Alamar.
