Amandine Roux, docteure en neurosciences, a fondé en 2022 sa startup Research Pieces à Poitiers. L’entreprise développe des modèles de pathologies cérébrales pour des maladies neurodégénératives comme Parkinson et la démence à corps de Lewy, combinant les avantages des méthodes in vitro et in vivo. Elle vise à offrir ces modèles aux chercheurs académiques et privés, y compris les grandes entreprises pharmaceutiques. Soutenue par plusieurs organismes, elle a déjà obtenu plus de 100 000 € d’aides publiques. Amandine Roux cherche maintenant à obtenir des aides à l’échelle européenne et vise une première phase de commercialisation.
