Cette nouvelle collaboration permet à nos deux entreprises de mettre en commun leurs compétences pour développer des stratégies innovantes et répondre aux enjeux de validation des bioproductions issues d’un système acellulaire (Cell-Free Expression System). Grâce à la microscopie à force atomique, A5 SCIENCE propose des protocoles uniques qui permettent de contrôler le positionnement et la structure des protéines qui sont produites à partir de la technologie d’expression propriétaire de SYNTHELIS.
Dès aujourd’hui, A5 SCIENCE et SYNTHELIS proposent un parcours d’analyse inédit qui est réalisé à l’échelle de la molécule et sans étape de dénaturation pour observer les caractéristiques des protéines après l’étape de synthèse : localisation, orientation et conformation sont des informations déterminantes pour évaluer la
quantité et la qualité de biomolécules exprimées.
Notre ambition conjointe est de proposer, dans un avenir proche, de nouvelles étapes de certification des bioproductions qui permettront de valider les structures moléculaires et ainsi de s’assurer de leurs propriétés fonctionnelles.
