Participez aux essais interlaboratoires de pré-validation dans le cadre le la plateforme PEPPER 2023
Chers membres de l’AFSSI,
PEPPER lance son troisème cycle de pré-validation. Trois méthodes ont été retenues pour l’exercice 2023 :
- In vitro assay for hepatic triglyceride accumulation
- Deiodinase 1 (DIO1) activity based on Sandell-Kolthoff (SK) reaction
- Mineralocorticoid Receptor Transactivation Assay (MR TA)
Nous recherchons des « laboratoires partenaires » prêts à participer à leur pré-validation. Cela implique 2 étapes :
- Une première étape pour évaluer la transférabilité des méthodes (les laboratoires partenaires peuvent-ils mettre en œuvre avec succès les méthodes avec des résultats cohérents)
- Une deuxième étape pour évaluer la pertinence et la fiabilité des substances codées en aveugle
Le résultat final du projet consiste à soumettre les méthodes pré-validées à des organisations internationales (telles que l’OCDE) pour augmenter la disponibilité des outils réglementaires pour la caractérisation des perturbateurs endocriniens.
Des brèves descriptions des méthodes sont fournies à continuation afin de permettre aux laboratoires de savoir s’ils disposent du matériel et des compétences nécessaires.
Nous fournirons des informations plus détaillées (durée, nombre de substances…), aux laboratoires ayant manifesté leur intérêt.
