SUMMARY:Webinaire Adebiotech - Prédiction\, détection et analyse des nouvelles impuretés mutagènes/génotoxiques : au-delà des nitrosamines
DESCRIPTION:ADEBIOTECH\, think tank transdisciplinaire des Biotechnologies\, propose une visioconférence dédiée à l’étude du potential mutagène/génotoxique d’impuretés et à leur analyse par des méthodes innovantes. L’exemple des Nitrosamines\, bien documenté dans l’industrie pharmaceutique en particulier\, a posé via les autorités réglementaires de nouvelles demandes quant à la détection et la quantification de ce type de substances ainsi que les analyses de risques nécessaires. \nPrenant les nitrosamines comme point de départ\, ce webinaire abordera la question des nouvelles impuretés potentiellement mutagènes/génotoxiques sur lesquelles de nouvelles demandes des autorités seront à prévoir.
